Get What You Want in Tiny Little Steps

Many points in the day present us with options to move toward what we want. Can we make the little tiny decisions that will create more ease, more grace, more connection, more…whatever it is our deepest bodyspirit wants? Seems to me that if we pay attention to what we "know" from the inside out (as opposed to what everyone else is telling us) we can take these steps in easy, incremental ways. If we can do that for the small stuff, then perhaps the bigger decisions will move more easily as well.
Right now, I would like to sit and rest for one minute, then I will carry on with my day. Right now, I would like to let this conversation linger just a bit to enjoy the connection we are having rather than rushing off to the next task. Right now, I would like to enjoy the play of light on the buildings and the slow movement of the clouds. Right now, I would like to breathe deeply rather than holding my breath.
